Rowena Khanna
Rowena Khanna is a learning and development specialist with over 25 years’ experience. She has broad practice working with leadership teams and managers in both public and private sector organisations across the UK, the Gulf region and worldwide.
She is a qualified psychotherapist and therefore has extensive knowledge of the human condition which is very useful when discussing the challenges women face.
Rowena has an excellent reputation as an Executive/Performance Coach and selected coach at the London Business School.
Since 2008 Rowena has been offering management development, personal development and coaching solutions to executives from a wide range of sectors.
She has worked globally running inspirational events and specialises in working with diverse audiences and particularly with groups of women. Her events are fully participative with psychological depth and lots of practical examples.
